Why Raising Your Frequency Heals Everyone

Without a doubt, you have been feeling fearful about what’s going on in the world now. It may feel confusing and frightening for you.  

I was feeling like this, however, I realized that it was not helping me or anyone. I was agonizing over the condition of everyone on the planet as well as our beloved planet due to the pandemic specifically.

However, there is a way to not be pulled into the panic and fear, keep the anxiety away and feel grounded.

Maybe you have wondered what you, one person, can do to change the way things are and especially right now in these stressful times? Know this, you can be a powerful force for good. And if enough of us are aligned in the same way, vibrating at a higher frequency, we can do so much to help the planet come into balance at a higher vibratory level.

Back in 1905, Albert Einstein proved that as we break matter down into smaller and smaller pieces, we move beyond the material realm and into the place where everything is simply energy. This is the Law of Vibration, which is a law of nature; one of the laws found in the ancient teachings of Egypt.

In the Law of Vibration, the lower the vibration, the slower something moves; the higher the vibration, the faster it moves. So the difference between a rock and the wind blowing on your face is only the difference between the levels of vibrating energy or frequencies. The rock, which seems solid and unmoving, is vibrating at a slower rate, while the wind blowing on our face is moving much faster.

The same is true for thoughts and emotions. Shame, grief, and fear vibrate at a very low frequency, while peace, joy, and love vibrate at a much higher level. Our positive thoughts vibrate much more quickly than our negative thoughts. 

If a frequency is vibrating fast enough, it is emitted as a color of light. If you wanted to convert sound to light, for example, you would have to raise its frequency by forty octaves. So, light is a much higher vibration than sound.

When two frequencies are brought together, the lower always rises to meet the higher one. This is called resonanceUsing the principle of resonance, we can increase the speed at which our body’s molecules vibrate by thinking and feeling peace, joy, and love. 

When our atoms speed up, we can reach higher dimensions of consciousness and the closer to Source we become.

There have always been those who knew that we have the power to control our mental/emotional forces. But the natural law was the secret knowledge that was closely guarded by few. Now, this knowledge is available to all who seek it, and this knowledge is what you can use to help not only yourself but also all others on the planet and Earth. 

When our mind is thinking positive thoughts and our heart is producing higher-level emotions like peace, joy, and love, they create energy together that is transmitted into the universe. This energy wave will travel infinite distances and attract things that are vibrating at the same frequency. 

Lower frequencies will rise through resonance. In other words, the Law of Vibration is the foundation for the Law of Attraction. 

Whatever thought/emotion waves you generate will be the type of things that are attracted to you. That is how the Law of Vibration works in tandem with the Law of Attraction: through the frequencies and resonances that are produced. In other words like energy attracts like energy.

When you are filled with unconditional love which is the highest emotional vibration, all your atoms are singing the song of life at its highest. You are then no longer part of the problem; you are part of the solution to the problems of the planet. 

If we react to what is happening around us with anger, bitterness or fear, we are lowering our vibration and sending out a low thought/emotion wave. Negative reactions cause resistance and are low vibrations. We can raise our vibration to get in tune with Source and resonate with the divine flow.

Here are some ways to raise your vibration which work. 

1. Become mindful of your thoughts.

Everything we say, feel or think becomes your reality. Every single thought that comes into our head affects us. When we have positive thoughts, your reality is likely to become positive too.

This is easier said than done in the face of adversity though right? 

But try this just for the heck of it, the next time a negative thought shows up in your head, take the time to acknowledge it, thank it for showing up, then let it go and turn it into a positive one.

2. Be intentional about the foods you eat.

Some foods vibrate at high frequencies, and some lower (blueberries, broccoli have a high vibration; Big Macs don’t vibrate at all ). If you are eating foods that are processed covered in chemicals and pesticides, or foods found within plastic packaging, it will leave your vibration lower. However, if we eat good quality organic produce, food as nature intended it, you will feel the high vibrations fill throughout your body. Start by becoming aware of how different foods affect you.

3. Focus on something beautiful and appreciate it.

There is so much beauty all around us, yet we are often unaware of this. Take some a few minutes each day to stop and take it in. The sun, the clouds, the wind- appreciate our surroundings.  

4. Meditate.

You can do this anywhere. Sit in a comfortable position, close your eyes and breathe in and out. Meditation helps to calm us and put us in a peaceful state of mind. Just 10 minutes of meditation a day can change our lives forever.

5. Get moving.

Vibration requires movement and the more we move the better our vibrations move. So if we get active by dancing, walking, biking, swimming, the happier you feel, the more you will draw happy experiences to yourself because you are operating at a higher frequency.

6. Drink water.

Always ensure you drink plenty of water to assist your body to flush out toxins every day. Toxicity has a marked impact on our vibration so we must do what we can to reduce its impact within us and around us.

7. Be grateful.

This one is so easy and simple. Think of 3 things every day you are truly thankful for and write them down in your handwriting in a book or journal. Gratitude shifts our vibrations from focusing on what we don’t have to what is already abundant in our life. There is so much to be grateful for in our lives. It’s such a beautiful exercise.

8. Practice simple acts of kindness.

Giving to someone else, without expecting anything in return, shifts our thinking from “I don’t have enough” or “Poor me”, to “I always have enough to share and to spare.” Abundance is high vibration. Also, being kind as opposed to being unkind puts us at a high vibration. Gossip or treat people unkindly and our vibration will suffer.

So let your light shine and send forth a positive vibration on Earth, and you will be helping to raise the vibration of everyone on the planet and also Earth itself.
