What is Energy Healing?
Energy healing, or energy medicine, is something that’s used in conventional medicine when we do scans like MRIs, EKGs, or EEGs, as well as many other procedures. They are just not called that. In alternative and complementary medicine, energy healing includes Reiki, EFT, Qi Gong, Emotion Code, Tai Chi, Healing Touch, Acupuncture, and many other healing modalities including, Inner-Liberation Healing which is the energy work I do.
Disease results from blockages or imbalances in our body’s vital energy. When we remove the blockages or stimulate the flow of the energy, our body can naturally heal itself. For example, depression is a disconnection of the energy body from the physical body. In depression, grounding the energy into the body as well as clearing blocks related to past issues, trauma and abuse are a powerful way to help treat and heal depression.
Energy healing does not always work immediately, and in the case of the work I do can take up to 72 hours to take effect fully. Other times when I work with people, they will say they notice immediate results. With the addition of powerful NLP combined with the energy work I am using to help clear blocks, the results are both powerful and profound.
Blocked energy can result in chronic pain syndromes such as fibromyalgia or chronic back pain, but these blockages can also present as anxiety, or depression, and other emotional blocks. Energy blocks are energy trying to flow through the body, but the channels are blocked therefore the energy gets stuck causing various problems within the energetic body and the physical body.
The place you feel the pain may not be the source of the blockage. For example, knee pain may result from inflammation or blocked energy in the solar plexus. Addictions may show up in the energy body as an excess of anxiety.
Energy Healing You Can Use On Yourself
There are simple techniques such as rubbing your hands together then, just put your hands on a part of your body that feels uncomfortable or in pain. You may find that your hands “turn on” automatically. They can become warm, tingly, or even cold. This is a healing energy that you can direct to any part of your body that needs healing or to increase your level of energy during the day when you feel exhausted.
We are born with a supply of energy that we use up by about age 40. After that, we need to gather more energy through other means such as daily meditation, exercise, listening to high vibration music, spending time in nature, or other ways you know will raise your vibration. We also need to be aware of the stuck energy or blocks in our energy body that eventually may cause disease. The disease will first manifest in our energy body and then it will show up in the physical body.
There are simple exercises in energy healing and breathing that can help restore normal energy flow in the body and facilitate healing. This is healing on a deeper level.
Energy healing is a holistic practice that activates the body’s subtle energy systems to remove blocks
By breaking through these energetic blocks, the body’s inherent ability to heal itself is activated.
I use a practice of powerful energy healing with simple neuro linguistic practice to help those who have suffered trauma and abuse and have blocks that are stuck in their bodies. Once these blocks are released permanently, they are on their path to health.

We’ve been studying the body’s energy centers for thousands of years
Reiki is the Japanese tradition of energy healing, and it dates back to the early 20th century. The Seven Chakras, the energy transmission centers of the body, were first described in ancient Hindu texts. Meridians, the energy superhighways of the body, helped lead traditional Chinese medicine practitioners to develop acupuncture. I work with the meridians and specifically the Governing Meridian within your being.
These ancient cultures used different modalities to stimulate the body’s natural ability to heal, but they all recognized the power of internal energy.
Energy healing Is Based On Scientific Principles
We all learned in our high school physics class that matter is made of molecules. Even something solid such as a rock is vibrating all the time. Humans are also vibrating. Everything is vibrating.
When you say someone has “good vibes,” you are talking about that person’s vibrational energy and happy people tend to vibrate on a higher frequency.
Emotions have vibration too. When you walk into a room where an argument has just occurred, you may feel dense energy that makes you want to run away. The beach has a high vibe due to the salt and moving air. The air at the beach vibrates at a higher frequency.
I need to remind you that Energy Healing is a complementary modality that shouldn’t exclude any mainstream treatment you may be using.
Anyone can benefit from energy healing
Just as you don’t need to understand the Law of Gravity before you can fall, you don’t need to completely grasp the concept of energy healing before you decide to use energy healing to remove blocks that have been causing you to be stuck in any of your life. Any time is a good time to visit an energy healer. I would recommend going in with an open mind for maximum benefit. If you are anxious, stressed, fearful, or physically drained, an energy healing session can help you relax and feel more balanced. And if you’re already feeling good, it’s possible to feel even better.
There are many types of accessible energy healing modalities
There are many types of energy healers and energy healing modalities. I have tried many types of energy healing and when I was introduced to Inner Liberation Healing I learned to use it on myself for a year. I became a different person from the inside out. I was so impressed with my healing that I learned how to help others heal their trauma and narcissistic abuse with Inner Liberation Healing and now use a blend of energy healing and NLP to remove blocks permanently.
There are many kinds of energy healing, and each one calls on slightly different tools and techniques. Here’s a quick introduction to a few popular ones you’ll probably come across:
- Reflexology: This modality frees up blocked energy and promotes healing by stimulating pressure points on the feet, hands, and ears.
- Massage: Massage is an energy healing practice. It releases tension in the muscles, encourages the flow of lymph, and allows for deep relaxation.
- Acupuncture: Acupuncture uses small needles to stimulate the flow of energy in the body.
- Inner-Liberation Healing: This is the energy healing practice I use along with NLP which releases and removes blocked energy with the subconscious mind and within the body on all levels.
You can maintain your energetic health by healing
Just as you brush your teeth and shower every day, you should also be cleansing your energy regularly. Once you start working with an energy healer, keep the good vibes flowing by taking a bath in Himalayan salts or Epsom salts for 20 minutes whenever you feel out of sorts or whenever you start to feel the heaviness creeping back into your body. Burning sage or smudging around you can also help clear negativity from your energy field. And crystals have their healing properties that can help give your energy a little boost.
All you need to begin your energy healing journey is an open mind and a willingness to heal. Just a warning that once you began healing with Energy Healing and the Inner- Liberation Healing I do you will begin to feel so much different, better, lighter and your vibration will start to rise as a result of releasing the blocks within your being.
