These terms govern the access and use of this website and its offered services.  Services are offered subject to acceptance, without modification, of all of the Terms and Conditions contained herein and all other operating rules, policies (including without limitation the Privacy Policy) and procedures that may be published from time to time by Debbi Anderson.

Please read the Agreement carefully before accessing or using our services. By accessing or using any part of our services, you agree to become bound by this Agreement.  If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, then you may not use our services.

POLICIES & DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of users (those who have booked services) to read the Medical Disclaimer, Privacy Policy and Client Preparation Information provided by Debbi Anderson.

SERVICE CONDITIONS

Services shall not be provided at the time booked if the following conditions have not been fulfilled:

• Payment due on booking confirmation

• Client form & Questions form completed at least 48 hours before treatment

• Correct equipment and facilities in place and tested before online treatment can take place

• If it is found that the correct equipment (Broadband/WIFI facility and headset) are not in place when the session starts.

PAYMENT

Payment received for Soul Center Healing Hypnosis treatment is for Debbi Anderson's time as a Soul Center Healing Hypnosis Practitioner.  Payment may be made by Paypal.​

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

If for any reason a client is unable to attend their booked session, they are able to reschedule giving at least 24 hours notice for no extra charge.  With less than 24 hours notice, a charge of $25 will be made for re-scheduling.

​

Once full payment has been received for either single session or session package, neither full nor part refund will be made, but clients may reschedule their sessions with at least 24 hours notice. (In cases of emergency cancellation, Debbi Anderson will rule on a case by case basis.)

TREATMENT SUCCESS

The success of the Soul Center Healing Hypnosis treatment, entity release and past life regression is based around the client's willingness to relax and push their conscious mind to the side.

AUDIO USE

Debbi Anderson reserves the Right to take anonymized audio clips (containing no personal information or identifying information) from recorded sessions to use in Debbi Anderson's YouTube channel videos, if Debbi Anderson deems it useful and appropriate to do so, and feels it would be of benefit for future clients. Clients may opt out of having session clips used, by marking their preference within the Client Form.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Any digital products purchased from Debbi Anderson are fully refundable within 30 days of purchase. If the customer is not happy with any purchase they should contact Debbi Anderson for a full refund.

Digital Booklets purchased from Debbi Anderson remain the intellectual property of Debbi Anderson and may not be copied, republished or sold on to any 3rd Party.
